Art Robinson
President and Founder
Arthur E. Robinson, Jr., is the Canon Group's founder. He uses Symphonic Leadership principles to conduct the energy, creativity, and expertise of lawyers, publicists, fund-raisers, issues managers, organizational strategists, and government relations experts to increase a client's profitability, organizational efficiency, and corporate name recognition. Mr. Robinson is also a successful gift planner having raised millions of dollars for numerous clients.

Mara Connolly
Mara Connolly is a nationally-recognized creative marketing consultant with extensive credentials among Fortune 500 organizations, non-profits, and recently, venture capital investments. Her unerring talent to evaluate and execute strategies, develop products and brands, and create communications messages based on identifying marketing opportunities have earned her 50 international advertising, marketing, film, public relations, promotional, and design awards.

Royce Flippin
Royce N. Flippin, MBA, has comprehensive experience in athletics, finance, education, resource development, and human resources. Among his many accomplishments is serving as president of one the nation's first socially responsible mutual funds investment firm. Mr. Flippin provides strategic and implementation services in corporate management.

George Guy Jr.
George Guy Jr. conceives and implements innovative child development programs. He has taught at all pre-college levels and brings to Canon a fresh approach in maximizing and developing leadership skills in children. His creativity in addressing school prayer issues, stopping gang violence, and instilling students with a sense of social justice advocacy have been widely applauded. Mr. Guy has also been recognized for his significant role in World AIDS Day and the Martin Luther King Acts of Kindness and Justice Challenge.

Lt. Gen. Robert E. Kelley
USAF RET
Lt. General Robert E. Kelley (ret.) is one of the nation's most seasoned experts in operational, management and organizational needs. Gen. Kelley has overseen ten divisions for the US Air Force and more than 112,000 military and civilian personnel as well as serving as the Superintendent of the Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs. His most recent professional accomplishment is engineering the financial comeback of the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge.

David Merrick
David A. Merrick is well-known in the corporate and nonprofit worlds for "building and developing organizations that last."
